NQF Accredited Programmes (all have full CATHSSETA accreditation)
On-Site Coporate Training
These are full qualifications but any single unit standard, or cluster of unit standards can be selected from the programmes and will be facilitated in one to two days, depending on the complexity.
For the full qualification, practical and theoretical competence is required before certification can be awarded by CATHSSETA. All programmes qualify for the WSP mandatory grant.
The skills programmes can be done by learners with a very basic education who do not have a matric
Skills programmes (short CATHSSETA courses)
There are no formal entry requirements for these accredited programmes
Certificate Qualifications
It is recommended that learners have a matric or equivalent to do these qualifications.
These programmes are accredited by CATHSSETA and the Department of Labour for learnerships and the awarding of grant funding through Discretionary Grants. This funding is additional and separate from the normal Mandatory Grant fund.
They are beneficial for the BBB-EE scorecard, Employment Equity and Skills Development legislative compliance.
